ABSTRACT

Performing a bibliographic review of diferents surgical procedures of grafts and implants for cigomatic bone reconstruction, we are making the presentation of a clinical case with reconstruction of cigomatic bone by calvarian bone graft in a 40 years old male patient with and ancient fracture of the right cigomatic bone and severe deformity and facial depression of the area.
