ABSTRACT

Two cases of malign melanoma are described in women of 89 and 55 years attended in the service of dermatology at Specialized Dermatological Hospital during 2016 -2018 years. With the purpose to detect previously premalignal and malign skin diseases, an exhaustive physical dermatological exam in patients that assisted to consults for other cutaneous diseases. In both clinical cases there was a correct clinical and histopathological correlation. With presentation of these cases want to oustand, basing on evidences, the important of the clinical method in the early diagnosis of skin cancer diseases. Motivate because cutaneous cancer, from the epidemiological point of view, is one of the most dangerous for man, with the international tendency of improvement in the lately years, as melanoma, that suggest a continuo increase in incidence.
