Key words:

SARS-CoV-2, Health personnel, Personality.

ABSTRACT

Previous personality factors determine the ability to cope critical situations, such as the current experience of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Tools must be found that change the “all or nothing” paradigm as the population generally understands reality, including health personnel. The figure of hero or heroine isn’t convenient in order to meet general expectations, since they can increase the burnout of health professionals.
