ABSTRACT

Here, are reported two patients with obstruction of superior airways with echocardiographic findings of severe pulmonary hypertension and cor pulmonale, both patients were diagnosed of obstructive sleep apnea by polisomnographic study. Due to this findings and the little response to medical management the patients were taken to surgery resulting in improvement of symptoms.
