ABSTRACT
The clinical evolution of two sisters with xeroderma pigmentosum is described: since the appearance of the first manifestations (epiphora and hyperchromic stains in skin areas exposed to sun light) to the appearance of tumoral lesions (epithelioma, melanoma, sarcoma) mention is done to the treatment and preventive measures that should take in these cases.
