ABSTRACT

Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the leg type is a rare and little-known pathology, as the main symptom of skin lesions on the legs, these lesions range from purplish-colored nodules, tumors or plaques, frequently occurring in women of advanced age. Unlike other entities in this group, it is characterized by being aggressive with the ability to infiltrate other organs, its treatment base is chemotherapeutics associated with radiotherapy and sometimes surgery.
