ABSTRACT

Latanoprost is a prostaglandin analog that can cause hypertrichosis secondary to drugs. We report an 83-year-old woman with hypertrichosis of the eyelids and malar regions, as a secondary effect of chronic treatment with latanoprost for openangle glaucoma.
