ABSTRACT

The authors performance a comparison between the additional procedures that were used or could be established in the patients underwent to orthognathic surgery in the Centro Médico Nacional «20 de Noviembre» ISSSTE, in the period of January 1993 to July 1997. These procedures were diagnosed by a study of facial aesthetic with its proportional analysis of the soft tissues, as another diagnosis way in the study and treatment planning of patient with dentofacial deformities.
