ABSTRACT
Although in children the myelofibrosis is a not a very frequent disease, it is convenient to Take in account its clinical issues, the laboratory findings and the results of an other studies done for it’s diagnosis; by this way it is possible to discard the entities with clinical resemblance to this illness. Also, it is necessary to remember the management and the treatment of these patients.
