ABSTRACT

Darier’s disease, is also known as follicular dyskeratosis, is an autosomal dominant inherited genodermatosis, characterized by hyperkeratotic papules in seborrheic regions, nails abnormalities, and changes in the oral mucosa. Histologically, the lesions show suprabasal clefts with acantholytic and dyskeratotic cells. We present the case of a 24-year-old patient with typical dermoscopic and histological clinical characteristics.
