ABSTRACT
The situational diagnosis are stages that permit to have a more clear view about diverse problem that exist in the process health-illness. Diagnosis is always needed when an evaluation of some medical-odontologic services are required. In this article the information above mentioned was the objective for the research. This research involves five steps. To make the findings an statistical analysis. The conclusions provide one alternative of evaluation about the model of service offered by FO/UAZ.
