ABSTRACT

We present the case of a 5 years old male patient who presented with clinical symptoms of atrial septal defect, echocardiogram showed a superior sinus venosus defect and anomalous conection of the two right pulmonary veins. The findings were confirmed by cardiac catheterization and surgery, this case shows the utility of transthoracic echocardiogram in the diagnosis and management of this kind of lesions.
