ABSTRACT

We presented the first clinical case of anomaly of the aortic arch with Down´s Syndrome in the Children Hospital Sonora State. The obstructive anomalies of the aortic arch with this syndrome are rare and the reports in medical literature are little; reason why we considered of interest its presentation.
