ABSTRACT

At the present time the lesions to level of neck for mechanism of Whiplash is more frequent, and we don’t have a method I practice in order to can diagnostic and value the adequate treatment. For the one which the Whiplash-Associated Disorders believes the classification of Quebec the who orb it like a clinical syndrome, recommending the utilization of the rigid collar, the early mobilization, wing physiotherapy. It was carried out a study of a cohort in the period of July of the 2000 to March of the 200l in patient with lesions for Whiplash, utilizing the scale of Quebec and the handling referred by the WAD, finding improvement of the symptom at 10 days, could incorporate their activities the 48%, at 21 days the 73% and at 30 days the 85%.
