RESUMEN
El tratamiento farmacológico en obesidad es solo una de
las armas terapéuticas con las que el equipo
multidisciplinario involucrado en el tratamiento del paciente
obeso debe echar mano, es útil para lograr una mejor
adherencia al tratamiento nutricional y cambios en el estilo
de vida. Las indicaciones y los agentes utilizados en el
tratamiento del paciente obeso se analizan en este artículo
de revisión.
