RESUMEN

Mujer de 17 años con embarazo de 32.1 semanas, que inició su padecimiento con dolor punzante, progresivo en flanco derecho, acompañado de náusea y vómito. Se realizó ultrasonido abdominal corroborando embarazo además de oligohidramnios severo, por lo que se decidió realizar operación cesárea, obteniendo producto óbito con peso de 1,200 g.
Posteriormente, la paciente cursó con anasarca, equimosis, petequias generalizadas, ictericia, anuria, hepatomegalia, trombocitopenia severa, estertores basales e hipotensión arterial.
