Aneurisma del seno de Valsalva con aneurisma de aorta ascendente en adolescente de 13 años. Mejor opción terapéutica para esta rara asociación

RESUMEN

El aneurisma del seno de Valsalva es una anomalía poco frecuente pudiendo ser congénita o adquirida. Generalmente afecta al seno coronariano derecho (90%) y menos común al izquierdo (1%). La asociación de aneurisma coronariano izquierdo más aneurisma de aorta ascendente es muy rara y no reportada en la literatura. Reportamos el caso de adolecente con esta asociación, asintomático y la opción terapéutica más adecuada para edad y sexo.
