Key words:

Aneurysm of Sinus of Valsalva, Ascending aortic aneurysm.

ABSTRACT

The aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva is an uncommon cardiac anomaly, which can be congenital or acquired. It generally affects the right sinus of Valsalva (94%) and rarely affects the left coronary sinus (1%).The association of left sinus aneurysm and aneurysm of the ascending aorta is rare and not reported in literature.
We report here a case of asymptomatic adolescent with this association and the most suitable therapeutic option according age and gender.
