Luxación de cartílago aritenoide derecho: Reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

Presentamos el caso de una lesión de cartílago aritenoides asociada al uso de un tubo endotraqueal estándar en un hombre de 37 años de edad. El paciente se quejó inmediatamente de ronquera persistente y severa. Al segundo día de la cirugía, la fibrolaringoscopía reveló luxación del cartílago aritenoides derecho. Seis meses después de la cirugía se encontró que la luxación del cartílago aritenoides derecho se reposicionó espontáneamente y el paciente recobró su voz normal. Las causas y tratamiento son discutidas.
