Historia clínica
Femenino de 39 años de edad, originaria del Distrito Federal, casada, de nivel socioeconómico medio bajo. Antecedentes personales patológicos sin importancia. Niega alcoholismo, tabaquismo y toxicomanías.
Inició su padecimiento actual hace 7 años, asociado a su actividad como instructora de karate; con dolor inguinal progresivo en intensidad y frecuencia, asociado a crepitación y disminución de los arcos de movilidad, principalmente para la flexión y abducción de la cadera derecha. El dolor se exacerbaba con la actividad física, al estar sentada por tiempo prolongado y recientemente con la marcha prolongada. La exploración física mostró marcha independiente, claudicante por dolor en cadera derecha.
