Protocolo y consentimiento para inyección Intratimpánica

RESUMEN

La inyección intratimpánica se emplea para tratar los síntomas cocleovestibulares asociados a enfermedades del oído interno, como la enfermedad de Ménière o la hipoacusia neurosensorial súbita. Los fármacos más utilizados son corticoides, aminoglucósidos y, recientemente, se han publicado estudios sobre el uso de N- acetilcisteína.
