Vitíligo (leucodermia) inducido por ribociclib: reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

Los inhibidores de CDK4/6 representan una terapia dirigida relativamente reciente, con cada vez más uso en estadios avanzados y tempranos del cáncer de mama con receptores hormonales positivos y HER2 negativo. Aunque su perfil de seguridad se conoce bien, los efectos adversos dermatológicos son poco frecuentes y escasamente documentados. Presentamos el caso de una paciente con cáncer de mama luminal b, tratada con ribociclib, letrozol y goserelina, quien desarrolló lesiones hipopigmentadas con características clínicas de vitíligo, un efecto adverso poco descrito con esta clase de fármacos.
