DETERMINANTES DE LA MICROCIRCULACIÓN SANGUÍNEA

La microcirculación es el componente funcional más importante del sistema cardiovascular, ya que es aquí donde ocurre el intercambio real de gases, nutrientes y desechos entre la sangre y los tejidos. La microcirculación se considera aquella que ocurre en los microvasos menores a 20 micras (capilares, arteriolas y vénulas).
