FRAGMENTO
La mayoría de los procedimientos quirúrgicos torácicos implican el manejo específico de las vías respiratorias, siendo la ventilación unipulmonar (VUP) el componente fundamental de la anestesia torácica, especialmente en la era
actual de la cirugía vi deotoracoscópica (VATS) o robótica (RATS).
