INTRODUCCIÓN
Los pacientes que sufren quemaduras extensas
experimentan muchos cambios fisiológicos
que impactan directamente la manera en
que se regula la hemostasia de la temperatura.
A esto se deben agregar otros factores que dificultan
llegar al equilibrio térmico corporal,
como son tipo de quemadura, edad, comorbilidades,
extensión y tiempo transcurrido desde
la lesión.
