RESUMEN

El manejo anestésico de los tumores laríngeos implica un alto riesgo debido a la alteración anatómica y la obstrucción de la vía aérea. Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 82 años con tumor laríngeo que obstruye > 90% de la vía aérea. Este caso resalta la importancia de la evaluación preoperatoria, de las técnicas regionales y del trabajo multidisciplinario en la vía aérea difícil.
