ABSTRACT

Anesthetic management in laryngeal tumors involves high risk due to anatomical distortion and airway obstruction. We report the case of an 82-year-old patient with a laryngeal tumor causing > 90% airway obstruction. This case underscores the importance of thorough preoperative evaluation, the use of regional techniques, and multidisciplinary collaboration in the management of the difficult airway.
