RESUMEN

Presento el caso de una mujer de 72 años con aneurisma de la vena safena interna a nivel del tercio inferior del muslo, documentado clínica, ultrasonográfica y patológicamente, y tratado quirúrgicamente con safenoextracción y excisión del aneurisma.
