Síndrome nefrótico secundario a un tumor de Wilms: un caso con sobrevida de 15 años

RESUMEN

Se presenta un caso de Síndrome Nefrótico secundario a tumor de Wilms con remisión de ambos, posterior a tratamiento con cirugía, radioterapia y quimioterapia con una sobrevida de 15 años. Se hacen breves comentarios del Síndrome Nefrótico y del tumor de Wilms.
