Síndrome nefrótico secundario a un tumor de Wilms: un caso con sobrevida de 15 años

ABSTRACT

A case is reported of nephrotic syndrome, secondary to Wilms tumor, with remission of both, subsequent to treatment with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy with a survival of 15 years. Brief comments are made about the nephrotic syndrome and Wilms tumor.
