RESUMEN

Los linfomas de glándula tiroides representan menos del 5% de las neoplasias primarias; hasta en el 80% se encuentran asociados a tiroiditis de Hashimoto y tiroiditis linfocítica. Los tipos histológicos más frecuentes son: el linfoma B difuso de células grandes y el linfoma B de la zona marginal tipo MALT; más raramente se han informado casos de linfoma folicular, plasmacitoma y linfoma periférico T/NK. El presente trabajo es un estudio descriptivo de tres casos (1.3%) que correspondieron a mujeres de 56, 58 y 70 años de edad, respectivamente. Presentaron aumento de volumen de región anterior de cuello, asfixia y ronquera. Dos casos se diagnosticaron como linfomas B difusos de células grandes y uno como linfoma B de la zona marginal tipo MALT asociado a tiroiditis de Hashimoto. Fueron positivos para marcadores linfoides pan B (CD20 y CD79ª), dos expresaron bcl2 y uno bcl6. Se resaltan las características morfológicas de estos dos tipos de linfomas primarios de tiroides, su asociación con tiroiditis de Hashimoto y linfocítica y se discute el diagnóstico diferencial.
