RESUMEN

El tumor fibroso solitario nasal es una lesión benigna unilateral infrecuente. Fue descrita originalmente en la pleura; sin embargo, se han reportado varias otras localizaciones extrapleurales. Hasta la fecha tan sólo existen 22 casos reportados en la literatura localizados en nariz y senos paranasales. Presentamos a un paciente masculino de 32 años de edad con tumor fibroso en nariz y senos paranasales.
