Hidrocistomas ecrinos múltiples de localización atípica

RESUMEN

Los hidrocistomas ecrinos son neoformaciones quísticas de los conductos de las glándulas sudoríparas ecrinas, se presentan con mayor frecuencia en mujeres de 20 a 70 años de edad. Se han descrito casos de hidrocistomas ecrinos solitarios y múltiples, siendo los últimos más frecuentes en la región periorbitaria. Clínicamente son neoformaciones quísticas de aspecto traslúcido de 4 a 10 mm de diámetro del color de la piel. En este artículo presentamos a una paciente con hidrocistomas ecrinos múltiples de morfología y topografía atípica.
