ABSTRACT

Eccrine hydrocystomas are cystic lesions of the eccrine sweat gland ducts that are more common in women 20-70 years old. Two variants have been described, solitary and multiple, the latter being more frequent in the periorbital region. Clinically they present as translucent cystic skin colored lesions, 4-10 mm in diameter. In this article we present the case of a patient with multiple eccrine hydrocystomas with an atypical morphology and localization.
