Hallazgo radiológico de orificio por herniación sinovial (Synovial herniation pit) en el cuello femoral

RESUMEN

El orificio por herniación en el cuello femoral fue usualmente visto como un hallazgo incidental considerado sin significancia clínica, pero un estudio reciente reveló una relación estrecha entre esta entidad y la compresión femoroacetabular. Con el objetivo de conocer esta entidad y hacer diagnóstico diferencial de imágenes líticas, se presenta un caso y se revisa la literatura actual.
