Síndrome de Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser (Agenesia congénita vaginal)

FRAGMENTO

Este es un caso de una mujer de 27 años quien presenta amenorrea primaria y agenesia congénita vaginal. La paciente fue diagnosticada con Síndrome de Mayer-Rokitansky- Kuster-Hauser. Este artículo revisa la etiología y la clínica de este síndrome, así como realizar el diagnóstico del mismo.
