RESUMEN

El trastomo por deficit atencional es una condición crónica que por lo general se hace evidente en los niños en etapa preescolar y escolar. Sus características principales son la inatención, hiperactividad e impulsividad inapropiadas para la edad. El diagnostico es completamente clínico y el tratamiento siempre debe de individualizarse. Se recomienda un tratamiento Multimodal, el cual se basa en la combinación de tratamiento médico, del comportamiento y grupos de apoyo.
