ABSTRACT

The Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) a chronic condition that becomes perceptible in children in preschool and school years. The main characteristics of ADHD are inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity that are ageinappropiate. The diagnosis is completely clinical and the treatment must be individualized. It is recommended to be a Multimodal Treatment that is based on a combination of medication, behavioral treatment and support groups.
