RESUMEN

Presentamos el caso de una niña de 10 años con un teratoma quístico maduro en el ovario que contenía tejido cerebeloso. La zona en cuestión fue reconocible macroscópicamente y confirmada en la histología, visualizándose folias corticales completas. Si bien el hallazgo tiene antecedentes en la bibliografía, éste parece ser el único en el cual el cerebelo intrateratoma se reconoció macroscópicamente. Corresponde, además, a la paciente más joven con teratoma de ovario que contiene estructuras cerebelosas maduras.
