Quiste aracnoideo congénito temporal medial izquierdo, resuelto espontáneamente

RESUMEN

Los quistes aracnoides intracraneales se pueden detectar como hallazgo y el manejo es conservador aplicado cuando no hay datos de aumento en la presión intracraneal o déficit focal, representan el 1% en incidencia de lesiones intracraneales. Presentamos el caso de un paciente pediátrico, con un quiste aracnoideo congénito temporal medial izquierdo, diagnóstico prenatal y silente posnatal con resolución espontánea.
