ABSTRACT

The arachnoid cyst intracranial may be a find and his management conservative when don’t have intracranial pressure or focal deficit, they represents the 1% of the intracranial lesions. We presented a pediatric case with a congenital arachnoid cyst left temporal medial, prenatal diagnosis and postnatal silent with spontaneous resolution.
