RESUMEN

La evaluación radiográfica de las lesiones del anillo pélvico es esencial en el diagnóstico y en el manejo inicial del paciente traumatizado. Las radiografías convencionales incluyen las proyecciones anteroposterior y las de entrada y salida, así como tomografía axial computada. Se presentan aspectos generales de la anatomía de la pelvis, así como la descripción de las proyecciones radiográficas, las referencias anatómicas, sus indicaciones y la valoración de las diferentes lesiones de los elementos anteriores y posteriores del anillo pélvico
