Fractura del cuello del radio en niños tratada con enclavamiento centromedular cerrado

RESUMEN

Las fracturas del cuello radial son relativamente comunes en los niños; existen varios métodos de tratamiento, todos con la meta de reducir anatómicamente el trazo y dar una estabilidad adecuada para permitir la movilización temprana. Se presenta el caso de un niño de 7 años quien tuvo una fractura desplazada del cuello radial que fue tratada con una reducción cerrada y fijación centromedular percutánea que permitió movilización a las 2 semanas y tuvo un resultado excelente.
