Un buen número de las acciones que los médicos emprendemos de manera cotidiana son innecesarias o indebidas y, sin embargo, las continuamos haciendo. He aquí algunos ejemplos:
1. La administración de bloqueadores beta adrenérgicos a pacientes con infarto de miocardio no sólo no los beneficia, sino los perjudica y… lo seguimos haciendo.
