Desgraciadamente, el maltrato al menor es tan antiguo como la humanidad. Este problema de gran importancia clínica, social y médico-legal debe ser manejado por un equipo multidisciplinario conformado por médicos, educadores, trabajadores sociales, abogados y psicólogos.
