La tendinitis de Quervain
1 lleva su nombre en honor al cirujano suizo Fritz de Quervain. Esta enfermedad se presenta comunmente en las mujeres cuidadoras de bebés, en el embarazo, la lactancia por las fluctuaciones hormonales, en fracturas de muñeca y otras artropatías; cuando continua el dolor puede ser conveniente una cirugía, obteniéndose buenos resultados con el empleo de la analgesia acupuntural.
