Mama ectópica dorsal

RESUMEN

Mujer de 20 años de edad, que acude a consulta médica por presentar abultamiento en región dorsal, con tres pezones y aréolas. El examen clínico así como el de gabinete se correlacionan con glándula mamaria aberrante, presencia de defecto del tubo neural y presencia de lipoma intraneural y extraneural. Se realiza tratamiento quirúrgico del mismo sin complicaciones. La paciente no regresó a controles posteriores a un mes.
