ABSTRACT

A 20-year-old woman sought medical care for a growth on the back, displaying three nipples with areolas. The clinical examinations, as well as the x-rays, ultrasounds showed a supernumerary breast, neural tube defect and intra and extra neural lipome. It was treated surgically without complications. This was a patient from a rural area who did not come back for further controls.
