RESUMEN

Se presenta una paciente femenina de 58 años de edad, color de la piel blanca, que acude a consulta de medicina interna por presentar dolor abdominal y tumor palpable con antecedentes patológicos personales de carcinoma papilar del tiroides. Se hospitalizó, se realizaron estudios complementarios los que infirieron tumor abdominal dependiente de órganos ginecológicos (ovario); se laparotomiza y se constata tumor que interesaba mesenterio e intestino delgado; se informa la histología fibrolipoma de intestino delgado, tumor infrecuente. Luego de ser intervenida, la paciente es egresada a los nueve días sin presentar complicaciones, se expone la técnica quirúrgica empleada y se consulta la literatura.
