Small intestine fibrolipoma. A case report

ABSTRACT

A female 58 years old white patient is presented that goes to consultation of internal medicine to present abdominal pain and palpable mass with previous personal history of Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma. She was hospitalized, being carried out complementary studies that inferred abdominal tumor from gynecological organs (Ovary), she was laparotomized being verified tumor that interested mesentery and small intestine, informing the histological fibrolipoma of small Intestine, uncommon tumor, the patient was discharged nine days after without complications, the used surgical technique was explained, the conclusions are given and the literature is consulted.
